- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;

Nothing here governs the Blindspot iPhone app. Installing and using the app is covered by the Terms of Use (App), how the app handles your data is covered by the Privacy Policy (App), and the subscription is set out in the Subscription Terms.
This site describes the app. Descriptions can fall behind the product: if this site and the app disagree, the app and its own agreements win.
What happens when you write in.
Sending the contact form stores your message so we can answer it, and emails it to our support inbox. Do not send anything confidential or sensitive through it — it is a support channel, not a secure one.

The words, the art, the name.
The text, design, sticker artwork, wordmark and name on this site belong to Launchpad Creative, LLC and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Reading the site does not transfer any of it to you.
Car manufacturer names and models belong to their owners and are used descriptively, to identify real vehicles. Nothing here implies affiliation with or endorsement by any manufacturer. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Where we send you.
This site links to places we do not run — the App Store, Apple's refund page, and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Once you follow a link out, their rules apply, not ours.
Provided as it is.
This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always reachable, and we may change or remove any of it at any time.
The limit of what we owe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, including indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Whose law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, this does not take that right away.
